LEGAL CORNER: NYC Passes the FARE Act and Restricts the Payment of Commissions by Tenants
The real estate industry has expressed concerns regarding the potential repercussions of the FARE Act.
Houlihan Lawrence reported recently that three of its agents have been named among the top 250 real estate professionals in the nation for sales volume. Considered the industry’s most definitive ranking, the prestigious REAL Trends & Tom Ferry “The Thousand” list, now in its 18th year, is advertised in The Wall Street Journal.
Three Houlihan Lawrence agents are named to the 2023 “The Thousand,” placing them in the top 0.065% of the more than 1.6 million licensed real estate professionals nationwide.
The agents and their rankings are: Pollena Forsman (Larchmont) ranked 128 in Transaction Volume with $155.49 million in sales; Ellen Mosher (Greenwich) ranked 161 in Transaction Volume with $143.47 million in sales and Chrissy Hazelton (Rye) ranked 220 in Transaction Volume with $120.55 million in sales
