WHITE PLAINS—The Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors informed its membership earlier today that Amy DelliPaoli, the association’s current Chief of Staff and Engagement, will serve as Interim Chief Executive Officer effective immediately.
2026 HGAR President Rey Hollingsworth Falu announced DelliPaoli’s appointment in an email message to the HGAR membership.
“Amy has been an integral part of HGAR’s leadership team, most recently guiding member engagement, organizational initiatives, and strategic programs that strengthen the connection between our members and the Association,” HGAR President Hollingsworth Falu stated. “Since joining HGAR, she has helped elevate board governance, ensuring stronger alignment between leadership, committees, and staff while supporting the execution of key strategic initiatives across our regions."
DelliPaoli brings more than two decades of nonprofit leadership experience, with a strong background in community engagement, human resources and organizational development. Prior to joining HGAR more than three years ago, she held leadership roles at The Children’s Village for more than two decades, where she focused on building impactful programs that support families and communities.
“We are grateful to Amy for stepping into this role during this important time for HGAR. Her leadership, institutional knowledge, and dedication to our mission will help ensure continuity and stability for our members, staff, and stakeholders,” Hollingsworth Falu noted.
The HGAR CEO Search Committee will continue its work to identify and appoint a permanent Chief Executive Officer. “We remain committed to conducting a thoughtful and thorough search process to secure the right leader for the future of our Association,” the HGAR President added.
