WHITE PLAINS—The Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors announced it has appointed association veteran Marty Nash as the Interim Chief Executive Officer of the association.
The appointment was announced in an e-mail message by 2025 HGAR President Vlora Sejdi on Monday, Dec. 15, to the association membership. Nash has joined HGAR and will officially take over as Interim CEO on Monday, Dec. 29, replacing CEO Lynda Fernandez who is leaving the association effective on Friday, Dec. 26 to begin serving as the CEO of the Las Vegas Realtors on Jan. 5, 2026.
Nash has more than 20 years of experience in the Realtor association industry. He has previously served as an Association Executive and consultant, holding key roles such as the COO of the Miami Association of Realtors (MIAMI) and CEO of the Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors (GLAR).
He served as the CEO of the Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors through 2023 and has served in consultancy roles with various associations, including HGAR, since then.
