Mortgage Application Payments Increased Nearly 30% Last Week as Rates Fall
The refinance share of mortgage activity increased to 59.8% of total applications from 48.8% the previous week.

While attitudes toward housing as a financial investment remained strongly positive, they weakened slightly from the previous year, as 67.1% of all respondents characterized buying property in their zip code as a “very good” or “somewhat good” investment.

The scope of the new replacement hospital (Base Building BP2) includes all the sitework and building construction for a new 340,000-square-foot Inpatient Forensic Psychiatric Hospital, Central Utility Plant and administrative support spaces.
