WHITE PLAINS—The Building Owners and Managers Association of Westchester County has announced the election of its slate of officers for the 2026 term. Robert McNamara was elected President. McNamara is Director of Operations & Management for GHP Office Realty.
Other officers elected and sworn in for the 2025 term were: Vice President: Geraldine Molloy, Newmark; Secretary: Brian VanRiper, Robert Martin Company; Treasurer: Gina Lomurno, Reckson and Immediate Past President: Stephanie Manfredi, Colliers International.
The following Directors were also elected: Peter Zimmar, Regeneron, Caroline Molloy, Cushman & Wakefield, Vinny Finnegan, Gedney Way Consultants and Jacqueline Monge, Abert B. Ashforth, Inc.
The Allied Representative is Ben Campos of Kencal Maintenance Corp. and the Public Relations Advisor is Dean Bender of Thompson & Bender.
