Building Owners and Managers Association of Westchester County Announces 2024 Slate of Officers
Stephanie Manfredi of Colliers International was elected President. Manfredi was sworn in with the rest of the slate at BOMA Westchester’s Annual Holiday Party and Inauguration of Officers held on Dec. 14.
The Building Owners and Managers Association of Westchester County recently announced the election of its slate of officers for the 2024 term. Stephanie Manfredi was elected President. Manfredi is a Property Manager at Colliers International. For nearly 15 years she has been a leader in commercial real estate, working in property and facilities management and overseeing all building-related operations and communications across the New York metropolitan region. Manfredi was sworn in with the rest of the slate at BOMA Westchester’s Annual Holiday Party and Inauguration of Officers held on Dec. 14 at Westchester Hills Golf Club in White Plains.
Other officers elected and sworn in for the 2024 term were: Vice President: Michael Borrero of Blumenfeld Development Group; Vice President: Robert McNamara of GHP Office Realty and Secretary/Treasurer: Geraldine Malloy of Newmark.
The following Directors were also elected Judy Carrion of CBRE; Vinny Finnegan of Gedney Way Consultants, LLC; Gina Lomurno of Reckson; Caroline Molloy of Cushman & Wakefield; Brian Van Riper of Robert Martin Company; Peter Zimmar of Regeneron; Immediate Past President: Scott Tangredi of Reckson; Allied Representative: Jim Scully of Scully Construction Corp. and Public Relations Advisor: Dean Bender of Thompson & Bender.
