NEW ROCHELLE—White Plains-based developer Cappelli Development announced recently that its 29-story, 241-unit Encore residential tower in Downtown New Rochelle has reached 95% leased.
The firm also recently introduced its spa amenity at the property located at 325 Huguenot St.

Encore was developed by Cappelli Development and built by its affiliate, LRC Construction. The project was opened in December 2023, and construction was completed in March 2024.
The residential tower is located three blocks from New Rochelle’s Train Station with Metro-North and Amtrak service. Encore is also minutes from Downtown New Rochelle’s host of dining and shopping options.
Encore’s apartments feature spacious layouts with luxury vinyl plank flooring, quartz countertops with full-height backsplashes, stainless steel appliances, full-size washers and dryers, quiet-running dishwashers, porcelain tile showers and baths and walk-in closets with built-in shelving.

Earlier this year, Encore unveiled its spa amenity that contains four relaxation spaces, including a Sauna, Steam Room, Zen Room and Yoga Room. The Zen Room includes three high-tech therapeutic massage chairs as well as a water wall for complete serenity.
Additional luxury amenities at the property include a health club with state-of-the-art cardio and weight training equipment, a Full-Swing multi-sport simulator, an indoor putting green, a multimedia lounge, a rollerball mini bowling alley, a ping pong lounge, co-working spaces and a children's playroom. For entertaining, residents can enjoy a professional chef’s event kitchen as well as an outdoor grilling area with a pizza oven.

Encore is located directly adjacent to Cappelli’s 3THIRTY3, a 28-story luxury tower that was similarly leased in less than a year. “We are very pleased with the continued success we have enjoyed in New Rochelle. This is a fabulous market for multifamily development,” said Cappelli.
Median sales prices of single-family homes throughout the Bronx and lower Hudson Valley all saw gains, with Sullivan County at an 18.3% hike from last year’s $299,998 to $335,000.
Regionally, on a year-to-date basis, new home sales were up 12.9% in the South, but were down 32% in the Northeast, 18.3% in the Midwest and 6% in the West.
