NEW ROCHELLE—White Plains-based developer Cappelli Development announced recently that its 29-story, 241-unit Encore residential tower in Downtown New Rochelle has reached 95% leased.
The firm also recently introduced its spa amenity at the property located at 325 Huguenot St.

Encore was developed by Cappelli Development and built by its affiliate, LRC Construction. The project was opened in December 2023, and construction was completed in March 2024.
The residential tower is located three blocks from New Rochelle’s Train Station with Metro-North and Amtrak service. Encore is also minutes from Downtown New Rochelle’s host of dining and shopping options.
