NAR: Existing U.S. Home Sales Decreased 4.9% in January, But Increased Year-Over-Year for Fourth Consecutive Month
In January, existing-home sales in the Northeast fell 5.7% from December to an annual rate of 500,000, up 4.2% from January 2024.

Guszack earned a BSBA in Business and Marketing from the University of Richmond and spent her early career in hospital sales. In 2015 she began renovating homes and returned to school for interior design.
A mother of two, Guszack is an active volunteer in the Rye community. in 2024, she was Swim Team Co-Chair for American Yacht Club, Events Co-Chair and Board Member for the Rye Historical Society.
Guszack is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the New York State Association of Realtors, Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors and the OneKey Multiple Listing Service.
