Bonavita works with buyers and sellers predominantly in Rockland, Orange and Westchester counties. Prior to real estate, she owned her own cosmetic business where she learned valuable communication skills and the importance of listening to each client’s individual needs.
Quevedo has more than seven years of experience in the industry. In addition to real estate, she owned her own staging and design company for seven years and staged homes throughout Rockland County, Westchester County and Northern New Jersey.

Natalie Frawley
Negast, a lifelong resident of Rockland County, has extensive knowledge and expertise in the neighborhoods and towns of Rockland and Westchester counties. Prior to joining Christie’s International Real Estate Westchester | Hudson Valley, she spent more than 20 years in the legal and insurance investigative field serving many corporate and professional clients. Among her numerous career highlights is her work locating missing children, the brokerage firm stated.
Frawley is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with more than four years of experience in the industry. She is also licensed as a Realtor Associate in New Jersey.
