Christie’s International Real Estate Westchester | Hudson Valley announced that Brian Metcalf has joined the company in the firm’s New City Sales Gallery.
Metcalf is a licensed real estate salesperson specializing in residential and commercial real estate working with developers, buyers, sellers, landlords and renters. He is a lifelong Rockland resident for 50 years. Metcalf is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors, and the OneKey Multiple Listings Service. He grew up in North Rockland and lives with his wife, Alexis, in Valley Cottage with their four children. He is active in community service volunteering in Clarkstown.
The brokerage also announced that Rosalie Kunert-Sauter has joined the firm’s Nyack Sales Gallery.
Rosalie Kunert-Sauter
Sauter is a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker and Realtor dedicated to making the process of purchasing and selling real estate seamless and stress-free. With more than 40 years of experience, she has amassed an extensive amount of knowledge, affiliates, and local market expertise.
Prior to real estate, Sauter held a long, successful, and rewarding career as a School Counselor at Rockland BOCES where she was the recipient and nominee of many awards, both local and national celebrating her success and accomplishments. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree, a Master’s in Counseling from the University of Virginia and a P.D. from Manhattan College.
