NEW ROCHELLE—Cloudbound, an indoor playspace concept designed specifically for young children, has signed a lease for 19,197 square feet at 80 Nardozzi Place in downtown New Rochelle. The deal was announced on Aug. 13 by Simone Development Companies, which is headquartered in The Bronx.
“We are very excited that Cloudbound chose 80 Nardozzi Place for its first location in the New York Metro area,” said Joanna Simone, President of Leasing and Property Management Operations for Simone Development Companies. “The addition of this family-focused recreational space further strengthens the property as a prime experiential and service-oriented destination for the local community.”
