The report shows that while New York is becoming increasingly diverse, it reveals that living patterns, access to community resources, affordable housing, and homeownership remain divided along race and ethnic lines.
The scope of the new replacement hospital (Base Building BP2) includes all the sitework and building construction for a new 340,000-square-foot Inpatient Forensic Psychiatric Hospital, Central Utility Plant and administrative support spaces.

On March 14, Douglas Elliman announced the winners of the 2024 Ellie Awards, which honor the firm’s top-performing agents throughout the nation for 2023. Top performers from both Westchester and Connecticut were among the honorees this year.

Nationwide, 37 Elliman agents and teams closed 47 deals over $25 million, including the two most expensive sales in Connecticut history, which were also ranked among the top ten sales nationwide. Stephanie Bo Li secured the buyer for the top sale in Connecticut and the fourth largest sale in the country with Copper Beech Farm in Greenwich, which last asked $150 million. The second largest sale in Connecticut and the seventh largest sale nationwide was Great Island in Darien. Jennifer Leahy, founder of The Jennifer Leahy Team, represented both sides of the $85-million deal.

Of all Douglas Elliman agents nationwide, Stephanie Bo Li (Connecticut) was awarded the #2 agent in the country by Sales GCI and Sales Volume. As a medium team, The Jennifer Leahy Team (Connecticut) has been awarded the #10 team nationwide by Sales GCI and the #2 team by Sales Volume.
