Currently, localities must conduct a survey of rental housing they propose to regulate and demonstrate that the vacancy rate is below 5%. This bill leaves that option in place, but creates an alternative method.

Prior to and alongside her years in real estate, she is a licensed RN and holds a teacher certification for NYS with an M.S.Ed in Elementary Education from Mercy College and a BA in Health Care Administration from New School, NYC.
Florina Prelvukaj
Prelvukaj is a Parsons School of Design graduate with a degree in interior design. She is a first-generation Bronx native to Albanian immigrant parents who is fluent in both languages. She currently works with interior design clients in Greenwich, CT while assisting real estate clients in NY. Klein, an Ossining resident and New York native, comes to real estate after a lengthy career of IT Audit experience in the media, entertainment, publishing and financial services spaces, including positions with News Corp and JP Morgan among others. He earned his B.S. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Pace University.
