ERA Insite Realty Broker/Owner Louis Budetti has announced that Tashecca Winstead and Jeanette Riniti have recently joined the sales team of his firm which is headquartered in White Plains.
Winstead is a real estate associate broker, now with ERA Insite’s White Plains office, and licensed since 2015. A Bronx native, she earned a BA in Political Science from Syracuse University and a JD from New York Law School. After 11 years practicing law as a JD Document Analyst, she switched direction to focus full-time on her real estate career. With the goal of providing optimal assistance to her clients, she has achieved her Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR) certification and is also certified by NACA to assist home buyers, along with being a Notary Public. Her clients benefit from the full array of services she provides in all types of property purchases, sales and leases, along with an expertise in the co-op board application process. In addition, Winstead is an active supporter of the Bronx International High School, participating in career fairs, school events, and giving students the opportunity to work as interns under her tutelage.
Jeanette Riniti
Riniti, licensed real estate salesperson, is a lifelong Yonkers resident. Riniti has more than 30 years of experience working for a NYC financial services company with a mission of helping to educate about the importance of saving and planning for retirement. She holds FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses, and a double master’s degree in Education and Human Resource Management. She has a deep understanding of finance and investment, along with corporate acumen, a project management certification from Villanova. She is actively working from ERA Insite’s office in downtown Bronxville.
