ERA Insite Realty Welcomes Five New Agents to White Plains, Bronxville and Pleasantville Offices

WHITE PLAINS– In response to strong local housing demand and a continued focus on client service, ERA Insite Realty reported that it is expanding its team of real estate professionals.

Principal Broker Lou Budetti recently announced the addition of five new agents across the firm’s Westchester County offices. Joining the White Plains office is Tiffany Longman; the Bronxville office welcomes Rachel Diamond and Ericarme “Erica” Renois; and joining the Pleasantville office are Michelle Colabatistto and Laureen Circosta.

Longman joins ERA Insite after seven years with an ERA-affiliated brokerage in Washington State. Recently licensed in New York and Connecticut, she is transitioning her business eastward to be closer to her two sons. For more than two decades, she and her husband have operated a family-owned home inspection company, and her prior experience as a mortgage loan officer gives her a comprehensive understanding of the real estate process.

Diamond brings a diverse professional background to her real estate career. Before earning her real estate license, she spent two years as a licensed Real Estate Appraisal Assistant, gaining valuable insight into property valuation and market trends. Her earlier roles in communications at Saks Fifth Avenue and the Associated Press, combined with her nonprofit experience, have honed her skills in client service, research and marketing, the brokerage stated.

Renois, originally from Haiti, is fluent in French, Haitian Creole, and English. She brings more than 15 years of office administration experience and a deep passion for helping others achieve life-changing goals, an inspiration drawn from her own journey after immigrating to the U.S. following Haiti’s 2010 earthquake.

Colabatistto, a Valhalla resident, returns to ERA Insite after taking time away from real estate. She is a graduate of Our Lady of Victory and Berkeley College. Her experience working in the Town of Mount Pleasant Tax Department provides her with valuable insight into local government operations and the property tax process.

Circosta earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health & Exercise Science from Rowan University in New Jersey. She brings extensive experience in operations management within the health and wellness industry, where she developed a client-centered approach and a focus on achieving measurable goals. A California native, she now lives in Ossining.

“Each of these five agents brings a unique perspective and distinct skill set that will directly benefit the clients they serve,” said Lou Budetti, Principal Broker at ERA Insite Realty. “All have completed our comprehensive training program and are supported by our experienced management and administrative teams. We’re proud to continue attracting both established professionals and rising talent who share our commitment to exceptional client service.”

ERA Insite Realty Services, part of the ERA global network, has served the Westchester and Fairfield County markets for 40 years from its headquarters at 600 North Broadway in White Plains. The firm also operates offices in Bronxville, Pleasantville, and Yonkers, NY, as well as Bethel, CT.
