ERA Insite Realty Welcomes Four Veteran Agents to White Plains Office

WHITE PLAINS—As part of ERA Insite Realty’s ongoing efforts to bring skilled agents to their sales team, Principal Broker Lou Budetti recently announced the addition of 4 experienced agents to the firm’s office in White Plains. Joining the brokerage are Darin “Nan” Palumbo, Dave Parsons, Genevieve “Ginny” Telesca and Maria Silva.

Palumbo has been a Realtor in Westchester for seven years. She began her career with Green Grass Realty in Bronxville and was most recently affiliated with Keller Williams in White Plains. Palumbo is a graduate of HGAR’s Leadership Accelerator Program, a current HGAR and NYSAR Director, and has served as chair of HGAR’s Young Professionals Network (YPN). She also holds a CT contractor’s license and has been involved in the industry as both a contractor and investor. A New York native who attended Bronx H.S. of Science and earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Fordham University, she speaks fluent Thai, English and Italian and is an avid motorcyclist. She prides herself on being an educator, advocate, negotiator, advisor and problem-solver.

Parsons and Telesca both worked alongside Palumbo at Green Grass Realty and then at Keller Williams. A U.K. native and current New Rochelle resident, Dave developed extensive sales and managerial experience in the pharmaceutical industry prior to becoming a licensed Realtor in 2023. He is actively involved in various non-profit and support groups advocating for those with disabilities. Ginny is a White Plains resident, licensed for four years now. Her background includes a 30-year career with IBM in the technical services division, developing her skills in project management, communications and organization. She is fluent in Spanish, adding to her ability to serve diverse clients.

Silva started her career at ERA Insite about 25 years ago and recently returned to ERA after some time with other brokerages. Currently a Peekskill resident who originally came to the U.S. from Chile as a teenager, she is bilingual in English and Spanish. She loves to motivate others to make their dreams come true, including homeownership.
