FDIC Signs Nearly 148,000-SF Lease in Midtown Manhattan
FDIC will relocate to 1166 Avenue of the Americas from the Empire State Building in a 10-year lease.
ERA Insite Realty recently welcomed Maria Roman and Lisa Emanuele, licensed real estate salespersons, to its growing team at its Bronxville office.
Roman has joined the Bronxville office as a licensed salesperson who primarily serves clients in southern Westchester and the Bronx. She has been an active Realtor for six years following an extensive corporate administrative career working in financial, legal and real estate environments. A long-time Yonkers resident who grew up in Manhattan and the Bronx, Roman is bi-lingual in English and Spanish. Her strengths include interpersonal skills, negotiating, and business acumen, the company stated.
Emanuele had her first taste of real estate success when selling a couple of estate properties for family members. Prior to that, as a former international Human Resources specialist for a Fortune 500 company, her focus was assisting American expatriates with relocating overseas. She has resided in southern Westchester for more than 35 years and has volunteered extensively in her Yonkers community, with a focus on efforts that will improve the lives of local children. She holds a B.A. from Fordham University and an MBA from NYU; she also speaks fluent Italian.
