As I prepare to leave HGAR and start a new professional chapter, I find myself looking back at the transformational work we’ve accomplished over the last two years. It has been a period of profound evolution for HGAR, and I am incredibly proud of the foundation we have built together.
Since the adoption of our 2024 Strategic Plan, we have moved with intention to become a more agile, future-ready organization. By eliminating waste and reducing redundancy, we haven't just made surface-level adjustments—we have strengthened the very core of this association to ensure you have greater value and deeper connections to empower success in your professional lives.
Throughout my 20 years in Realtor-association leadership, my mission has always been to build associations that drive member success. I leave HGAR knowing that we are now more member-centric and innovative than ever before.
As I say goodbye to my beloved New York, I want to thank you for your partnership and support. It has been the honor of my career to guide HGAR through this season of change.
I would like to thank 2025 President Vlora Sejdi, the Board of Directors, all past leadership and volunteers, as well as HGAR’s talented staff, for their commitment to HGAR’s exceptional legacy. I wish 2026 President Rey Hollingsworth-Falu and future leaders immense and continued progress and success.
And as the year comes to a close, I wish you and your loved ones a beautiful holiday season and a prosperous New Year. HGAR and the connections I’ve made here will always hold a special place in my heart.
