Jose Flores and Wendy Miranda
Miranda was born and raised in the Bronx and holds a B.A, from Mercy College. Her prior experience includes working as a merchandizer at Bloomingdale’s and Lord & Taylor where she coordinated activities with my buyers, designers, and management to ensure the punctual delivery of all related projects. In the real estate sector, she has been responsible for leasing compliance and low-income housing certification. Miranda, who is fluent in English and Spanish, has also become thoroughly involved with low-income communities, guiding applicants through essential paperwork to secure housing.
