Hillary Millman Presented BCW's Ambassador of the Year Award

The Business Council of Westchester recently presented its Ambassador of the Year Award to Hillary Millman of In Better Words LLC. The award was presented at the BCW’s Annual New Year Blast held January 14.

Millman, a marketing and communications consultant, launched In Better Words, a New York State-certified woman-owned business, in 2012. She helps business owners reach and persuade their target audiences, and works with nonprofit leaders to promote advocacy and fundraising efforts, events and services. For six years prior, she was the Director of Communications for the Business Council of Westchester as well as an adjunct instructor at the College of Westchester in White Plains where she taught business, marketing, and public speaking. In 2019, Hillary was named a 40 Under 40 Rising Star by the Business Council of Westchester. She is president of the Board of Directors of the Association of Development Officers and a 2011 graduate of Leadership Westchester.
