Houlihan Lawrence Bolsters Presence in Yonkers Housing Market with Eight New Sales Agents
Continuing its strategic expansion in the region, Houlihan Lawrence also welcomed the Vision Alliance Team, the first sales team in the Houlihan Lawrence Yonkers office.
RYE BROOK—Residential real estate brokerage firm Houlihan Lawrence reports that it is strengthening its presence in the Yonkers housing market with the addition of eight sales agents to its office there.
Three seasoned agents, Mayka Suazo, Angel Colon, and Daniel Joyce have joined the firm from Riverdale-based RE/MAX in The City. All three are experienced professionals with extensive expertise in the Yonkers housing market and deep roots as local residents. As members of the National Association of Realtors and the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors, they bring both hyper-local knowledge and industry leadership to their clients, brokerage officials stated.
Continuing its strategic expansion in the region, Houlihan Lawrence also welcomed the Vision Alliance Team, the first sales team in the Houlihan Lawrence Yonkers office. Led by Rahhim Shillingford, former Principal Broker of Vision Alliance Realty in the Bronx, along with Tara Shillingford and the rest of the Vision Alliance Team at Houlihan Lawrence, the team is recognized for a client-first approach and deep market knowledge with extensive experience spanning both the Bronx and Westchester.

The Yonkers office, which has 44 agents, also serves the Bronx, Mount Vernon, Tuckahoe and all of lower Westchester County. According to the Houlihan Lawrence 2025 Market Report, the Yonkers market had 420 sales in 2025, up 20% from 2024 and the median sale price was $750,000, up 3% from the prior year.
Houlihan Lawrence has 32 offices and more than 1,450 agents serving Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess, Columbia, Ulster and Orange counties in New York and Fairfield County in Connecticut.
