BREWSTER—Houlihan Lawrence Commercial reported on Jan. 2 it had brokered the sale of two warehouse buildings totaling nearly 100,000 square feet at 18-19 Fields Lane in Brewster for $18.5 million.
The exclusive listing was offered for $18.5 million and was represented by Houlihan Lawrence Commercial Associate Real Estate Broker John Ravetto.
The property consists of two newly constructed warehouse steel-frame buildings of 9,900 square feet and 90,000 square feet located on approximately 15 acres. The property is strategically located near exit 8 of I-684.
The seller, Alfredo Site Development Co., is one of the largest premier modular steel-frame builders in the region. The undisclosed buyer was represented by Stan Putko of Orenda Estates, LLC.
