RYE BROOK—Houlihan Lawrence Commercial, a division of Houlihan Lawrence, recently announced six lease transactions totaling 10,321 square feet of commercial space.
The deals were handled by Associate Broker Alan Zuckerman.

Eye to Eye Vision Centers signed a 10-year lease for 1,800 square feet at 555 Route 211E in Middletown. Associate broker Alan Zuckerman represented the tenant.
The Coder School signed a 10-year lease for 1,873 square feet at Midway Shopping Center, 969 Central Park Ave. in Scarsdale.
Curalta Foot and Ankle signed a seven-year lease for 2,228 square feet at 25 Smith St. in Nanuet.
Faces Skin Care Arts signed a five-year lease for 900 square feet at 803 W Boston Post Road in Mamaroneck.
The Dental Equation signed a 10-year lease for 2,000 square feet at 624 E Boston Post Road in Mamaroneck.
