RYE BROOK—Houlihan Lawrence recently selected Associate Broker Michelle Madaffari of the White Plains brokerage office as the recipient of the 2025 Houlihan Lawrence Humanitarian Award.
Madaffari was selected following an overwhelming number of nominations celebrating her generosity, compassion, and commitment to serving others. Over the past 16 years, she has led countless impactful initiatives supporting a broad range of causes, including autism awareness, pediatric healthcare, breast cancer research, animal welfare, domestic violence prevention and international relief efforts.
Among her many contributions, Madaffari’s signature event, the Puppy Red Carpet, has become a beloved annual tradition. Now in its eighth year, the event has helped connect countless rescue animals with loving homes while raising critical funds for local shelters.
“Michelle’s dedication to others and so many causes is truly inspiring,” said Liz Nunan, President and CEO of Houlihan Lawrence. “It was an honor to present her with the 2025 Humanitarian Award, along with a charitable donation in her honor.”
In addition to her full-time real estate career, Madaffari continues to lead with heart, purpose, and unwavering dedication to the community.
