June Stokes who has been part of the Rand Team since 1997 has been appointed as the new Director of Legal Compliance; she will work with Jim Birnbaum and his team of attorneys handling thorny deal problems, and resolving conflicts. She will remain in her role as a Regional Manager for Rockland County and will continue to work with Zurlo and Justin Wrobel, General Manager of New Jersey.
