Howard Hanna | Rand Realty Expands Presence in Garden State

NANUET—Howard Hanna | Rand Realty announced on Feb. 16 the firm had expanded its presence in the State of New Jersey with the purchase of Striker Realty, which operates out of offices in Linden, Livingston, and Rahway, NJ.

Striker Realty was founded 20 years ago by Thomas J. Borowski, a renowned real estate broker entrepreneur in New Jersey. “We’re truly excited about this new transition and the resources we will bring to help our agents and clients through the transactional process,” Borowski said.

The agency serves a diverse variety of residential and commercial properties, including luxury mansions, condominiums, rental properties, and new developments.

The three new offices add to Howard Hanna | Rand Realty’s network 80 real estate sales associates with extensive experience in foreclosures, investor sales, construction, and a client roster containing many high-profile athletes and public figures.
