Hudson United Title Services Expands into Florida

NANUET—Hudson United Title Services, a leading title company serving New York and New Jersey for more than 25 years headquartered in Nanuet, announced recently its expansion into Florida, doing business as Coastal United Title Services.

Coastal United Title Services launched with offices in Fort Myers and Naples, FL, and has plans to expand further into Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale, bringing Hudson United Title Services’ proven experience, operational strength, and client-focused service model to the Florida market. The expansion reflects the long-standing connection between New York and Florida, where buyers, sellers, and investors frequently transact across both regions, company officials stated.

Florida operations are led by Michael Adams, Managing Director of Coastal United Title Services, with James Coombs supporting operations statewide.
