Diaz has six years of residential and commercial real estate experience primarily with multifamily developments. Before joining Howard Hanna | Rand Realty, he started and owned a brokerage that focused on new developments, represented more than 3,500 apartments and successfully brought a dozen projects to the market.
Diaz graduated from the University at Buffalo with a degree in economics. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, licensed in New York State, Connecticut, and New Jersey.
Last year, she completed the association’s Leadership Accelerator Program, which she credits for helping her to become a board member.
At present, Taylor has been working on Genting’s proposal to convert its Resorts World New York City racino into a fully licensed gaming facility.
