LCOR Incorporated Hires Nicholas Pasquenza as Director of Development & Construction and Kevin Murray as Senior Project Manager

LCOR Incorporated, a fully integrated real estate investment, development, and management firm, has announced the hiring of Nicholas Pasquenza as Director of Development & Construction and Kevin Murray as Senior Project Manager.

As Director of Development & Construction, Pasquenza is responsible for Development and Construction in the Northeast from Philadelphia to Boston. Over the course of his career, Pasquenza has held several leadership roles in ground-up development and redevelopment/repositioning. He previously served as Vice President of Construction, Eastern US with Landsea Homes of New York, NY, where he oversaw all design, permitting, and construction activities for the firm’s Eastern region. Prior to his work at Landsea Homes, Pasquenza was the Vice President of Construction with Midwood Investment & Development of New York, NY. There he was accountable for all construction-related activities for the firm and led new ground-up development, redevelopment/repositioning, and land development efforts on projects throughout New York, Pennsylvania and Washington D.C.

Kevin Murray

Pasquenza is an Adjunct Professor at New York University’s School of Professional Studies, where he teaches courses in construction management with the school’s Master’s degree program.

As Senior Project Manager, Murray leads efforts on New York Development projects and brings a background in development, architectural design, and construction with a specialty in ground-up residential developments to LCOR. Having previously served as Vice President of Development with Landsea Homes, Murray has led the project management of several developments throughout New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts. Murray’s experience extends internationally to South Africa, where he served as an Architectural Technician with DSA Architects International, and in a similar role with Grace Design.
