Total existing-home sales—completed transactions that include single-family homes, townhomes, condominiums and co-ops—rose 3.1% from December to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 4.00 million in January.
Metro Area Realtor Associations to Host Virtual Global Real Estate Summit Nov. 5-6
NEW YORK—The virtual Global Real Estate Summit 2020 will take place on Thursday, Nov. 5 and Friday, Nov. 6, bringing together real estate’s most influential thought leaders on how to succeed in the global marketplace in a post-pandemic world.

The two-day virtual event will feature presentations and panel discussions addressing global real estate trends, innovative development, new standards for sustainable building, changing demographics and best practices for moving forward in a post-COVID world.
