These include a fully furnished rooftop terrace with gas grills and outdoor TVs, a resident lounge and entertainment center, cappuccino bar, pet spa, cardio and core strengthening fitness center, private cycling studio and a covered garage.
Rentals start at $2,500 for one-bedroom apartments and increase to $4,850 for premium two-bedroom, corner units that offer panoramic views of the Hudson River and New York City.
