The Annual Meeting of the Members of the Hudson Gateway Association of REALTORS®, Inc. (“HGAR”) will take place virtually on October 22, 2024, at 10 A.M. via a Zoom Meeting Audio-Visual Conference. The Members’ Meeting can be accessed by the Members by utilizing the following registration link which will provide the necessary registration and login information. In accordance with the Bylaws of HGAR, the New York Not-For-Profit Corporation, and the Guidance issued by the Attorney General Charities Bureau, Members are permitted to attend the Members’ Meeting virtually, by electronic means, and may vote in accordance with the guidelines prepared by HGAR which is made available to each Member.
This communication comprises the documents and notifications that are required to be provided to you in connection with the Annual Membership Meeting of the Hudson Gateway Association of REALTORS®, Inc. to be held on October 22, 2024, at 10 A.M. It is important that you register for the meeting as far in advance as possible.
