LEGAL CORNER: NYC Passes the FARE Act and Restricts the Payment of Commissions by Tenants
The real estate industry has expressed concerns regarding the potential repercussions of the FARE Act.
RAMSEY, NJ—Veteran real estate executive Gabe Pasquale has joined Christie’s International Real Estate Northern New Jersey, Westchester and Hudson Valley as vice president of new development.
The announcement by the firm, an exclusive partner of Christie’s International Real Estate, noted that Pasquale will draw upon his decades of industry and market experience to offer planning and marketing services to developers.
Previously, Pasquale served as executive vice president and regional manager, Westchester County, for Douglas Elliman and was a senior vice president with RXR Realty. His real estate career has also included executive positions with Ginsburg Development Companies, WCI Communities and K. Hovnanian Homes.
