He brings more than 15 years of healthcare experience to this position. Monarch Coopers Corner is the first senior living community in Westchester County to seek WELL certification from the International WELL Building Institute, or IWBI. WELL is grounded in research into the health effects of physical spaces on people. The community, located at 11 Mill Road in New Rochelle is being developed and managed by Monarch Communities.
