Garcia has been affiliated with Curasi Realty for 22 years and is excited about taking that commitment to the next level. He is one of the area's most trusted and top-producing real estate agents, earning accolades multiple times, including the Diamond Gem Award, Multi-Million Dollar Club, and the recipient of the Agent of the Year Award, company officials stated.
Garcia will take on the responsibilities of helping grow Curasi Realty and liaise with sales associates for individual career success. His responsibilities will also include endeavors for the public promotion of Curasi Realty for greater exposure and will be responsible for providing executive support on company real estate projects and in the field.
Garcia was born and raised in Chester and after graduating high school, he worked as a consultant and translator for social services for Orange County Health, then followed that with an IT sales position that spanned more than 10 years. The financial collapse, which resulted following the events of September 11th, offered him a new opportunity to join his family in their journey to create a successful independent real estate brokerage, Curasi Realty, Inc. This year the brokerage is celebrating its 25th year in business.
Keeping with his ties to the community, in 2012, Pedro and his best friend spearheaded the charity Hudson Valley Light It Up Blue (HVLIUB) to raise awareness about Autism. To date, HVLIUB has raised more than $100,000 for local schools and organizations that work to better the lives of those diagnosed with Autism. In 2022, he and his best friend were honored for their charitable work for outstanding service to people with disabilities and their exemplary service to Orange County at the Inspire Foundation’s annual Shining Stars Celebration.
