Rand Commercial's Smith & Lavelle Awarded 2020 Hudson Valley Development Dealmaker of the Year Award

Rand Commercial reported that its own RJ Smith and John Lavelle, both Associate Brokers with Rand Commercial in its Pine Bush office were awarded the Hudson Valley Development Dealmaker of the Year Award for 2020. The award is presented by the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors, Hudson Valley Chapter for outstanding development in the region.

Currently under construction in Montgomery, NY, this 1 million plus square foot Amazon fulfillment warehouse will bring nearly 800 new jobs to Orange County and the surrounding area.

The award was also shared by Jason McGovern of Keller Williams Hudson Valley and Dean Brody of Jones Lang LaSalle as a cooperative effort in bringing the seller and buyers together for the Amazon warehouse assemblage in Montgomery.
