VALLEY COTTAGE—The Rockland Pickleball Club reports it will occupy 21,500 square feet of space at the Clarkstown Executive Park here to become Rockland County’s first dedicated indoor pickleball facility.
Rand Commercial announced the lease deal at the complex. Rand Commercial’s Samuel and Paul Adler are the leasing agents for several buildings within the park, including 612 and 614 Corporate Way and 704 and 706 Executive Boulevard. The tenant was represented by Alexander Kesseler of Newmark, which is also exploring additional locations in the Westchester market.
Owned and operated by Richard Blasetti, Rockland Pickleball Club will cater to both casual and competitive players. The members-first facility will feature 10 professional-style indoor courts in a modern, polished setting. No official opening date for the club was announced.
